The ACA Mission
Here at ACA, we know that all it takes to change the world is a little support.
Since our founding, we have met strong people that need others to believe and love them through their craniofacial or special needs journey.
We are determined to make a positive and proactive impact with each individual and family we support.
American Craniofacial Association works with cranio-communities providing funding through medical and personal care, medical supplies, and educational opportunities.
Our ultimate goal is to give support for individuals and their families through life's difficult circumstances.
Ways ACA Supports Cranio-facial & Special Need Families
Extended Hospital Stay Grants
ACA understands the financial stress that can occur when people with craniofacial members have extended stays in the hospital, often in a city far from home. ACA sponsors patients as well as families with craniofacial children that are experiencing a hospital stay for emergency situations or surgeries. If you or your family needs assistance, ACA can sponsor your family.
Medical Equipment Grants
ACA will sponsor equipment needed that is not covered by insurance.
It's important that everyone has what they need to live a comfortable lifestyle and is able to have health and mobility, regardless of circumstances.
Education Proud Program
ACA annually awards Education Scholarships to promising students born with a facial difference.
ACA empowers and encourages students to excel as life long learners.
Recreation/Motivational Camps
ACA believes in the full support of sending children to camp. Camps can be a positive change for the future and have a lasting impression on each life.
ACA offers Special Consideration Circumstance Grants. Please feel free to contact ACA in regards to your special circumstance consideration.
Our goal is to promote great opportunities for those in need. With access to the right resources, people can become empowered by their own abilities and gain the confidence to fulfill their potential. ACA is here to support during difficult times and will cheer you on through your journey.
The amount of assistance for any grant or assistance will be determined by the board of directors depending on the amount of funds available at the time the application and referral are received.
